Delivery
We want our delivery service to be fast, flexible and totally hassle free so if you have any feedback on our delivery service just let us know.
All items listed are in stock at time of print and we aim to ship items next working day to give the best door to door service possible. However if there are any clerical errors these will be sorted out as soon as possible.
Standard delivery of £3.99 on all orders. Free Delivery on orders over £50.00 Delivery will normally be 2-4 Days. If you want to collect in store just email me and the postage will be refunded when collected.
Returns Policy
Please note: This return procedure and policy is only relevant to online transactions and purchases not in our store.
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please note that returning goods for the purpose of exchange/refund is at the customers own expense.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and free from odours in original packaging complete with attached labels and unworn. All goods will be inspected on return. Briefs/Shorts/Thongs are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are returning your order due to an error on our part we will refund all costs incurred on receipt of goods. Glamorous reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. All goods are thoroughly inspected before shipment and on their return.
